Incorpify is adding US company formation to its platform, powered by doola’s Formation API. A founder who goes to Incorpify to enter the US market now gets the entity formed by doola underneath, inside the product they are already using to run the rest of their company.
A founder in Dubai who wanted to sell into the US used to face a hurdle a founder in Austin never does.
Opening a US bank account, taking payment from a US customer, or raising from a US investor all assume a US entity already exists behind the business. Getting one without a US address, a US phone number, or an SSN meant finding a lawyer, waiting weeks, and hoping the paperwork was filed correctly the first time.
Who Incorpify Is
Incorpify was built to be the one place a company is set up and run across the US, the GCC, and Europe: incorporation, accounting, tax, banking, insurance, payroll, and legal, coordinated through a single account.
Co-founders Luca Rubino (CEO) and Kai Schildhauer (COO) run the company from offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Dubai, and its 2025 acquisition of Synergy Gulf brought 20-plus years of UAE company formation experience into the platform. Incorpify puts its own reach at 540-plus clients across three regions.
The company opened a $5 million seed round after passing $1.9 million in cumulative revenue, and was selected by Hub71 Abu Dhabi through its Corporate Service Provider RFP.
Its acquisition channel runs through accelerator programs; chiefly a series of workshops run with Plug and Play across US, Gulf, and Saudi hubs. This puts Incorpify in front of founders before they have formed anything at all.
Formation, Built on doola’s API
Incorpify is wrapping doola’s Formation API into its own product rather than building formation itself.
“Formation is the first step, not the finish line. We have spent six years making US company formation work for founders in 175+ countries, and Incorpify is building the layer that connects everything that comes after it. Together that is one path into the US market and one place to operate once you are in it.”
Arjun Mahadevan, Founder and CEO, doola
A founder who starts a US entity through Incorpify gets:
- The state business filing
- Articles of organization or incorporation
- An EIN
- A registered agent for the first year
- A business address
Entity types cover both LLCs and C Corporations, including Delaware C-Corps, across all 50 states, open to both US and non-US founders.
Annual report filing, which went live on doola’s API on September 21, is available inside Incorpify as a recurring add-on once the entity exists, so the relationship does not end at the filing.
Incorpify’s engineering team is building two surfaces on top of the API: a client-facing dashboard where founders track their own filing, and an internal ops back office for the team handling it.
The audience is deliberately broad. Incorpify’s base skews European and Middle Eastern, but it also serves accelerator-backed startups already operating in the US that need a formal entity in place.
Why Incorpify Chose doola
Incorpify’s founders describe the platform’s philosophy as connecting the best provider in each category rather than rebuilding every one of them in-house, an approach Rubino has compared to how a flight search engine surfaces airlines instead of operating its own fleet.
“We believe the next generation of business infrastructure will be built through intelligent coordination. You do not need to recreate every great product in the market. You need to connect the right platforms, professionals, financial institutions, and technologies around the customer. doola has built something exceptional around U.S. company formation, and Incorpify is building the AI operating layer that can connect capabilities like theirs into the broader infrastructure a company needs throughout its lifecycle.”
Luca Rubino, Co-Founder and CEO, Incorpify
Formation was the clearest case for that approach: an established, high-volume category where competing on price and speed against providers that have been doing it for years offered little upside next to partnering with one.
Ownership mattered as much as the decision to partner. doola runs formation, registered agent, tax, and bookkeeping through its own teams rather than white-labeling any of it from a third party, which matters once the filing is done.
A founder who forms an LLC in October still has an annual report due, a registered agent renewal, and a first tax filing waiting, and all of it now sits with the same provider that handled the formation.
What a Founder Gets
A founder working inside Incorpify sees US formation as a step inside the product they are already using to manage their company, not a referral out to a separate vendor.
They submit the business name, the state, and the ownership details, and Incorpify passes the filing to doola through the API. There is no second account to create and no separate site to evaluate.
The founder who came to Incorpify to run their GCC entity, or to plan a US market entry, now forms the US company in the same dashboard. The compliance work that follows the filing, the annual report, the registered agent renewal, the first tax filing, stays inside that same relationship too.
A New Category for Embedded Formation
Incorpify is the latest in a run of platforms that have put doola’s Formation API inside their own product. Each one reaches a different founder at a different moment:
- Ramp covers fintech, for venture-backed startups incorporating as C Corps.
- Whop covers marketplaces, for creators and merchants forming LLCs.
- Naive covers AI agents, where the entity is formed by software rather than a founder clicking through a flow.
- HelloGov covers someone renewing a passport or working through a visa application who is trying to run a business that legally needs to sit inside a US entity.
What changes with Incorpify is where the founder starts. The other integrations meet a founder who already has a US foothold of some kind. Incorpify meets one who doesn’t yet, and gives them a path to one from wherever they are.
Formation Sits Where the Founder Already Is
“Most of the founders we serve are building from outside the US, and the hard part is almost never the idea. It is getting a real US entity in place so they can bank, get paid, hire, and raise. Incorpify is already with those founders in the markets they are coming from, so putting formation across all 50 states inside their platform lets a founder in Dubai or Milan start a US company in the same place they already run the rest of it.”
