Bank Account Opening Cashback Program

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Bank Account Opening Cashback Program (“Program”) offered by doola (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Eligible Products:

The Program is available only to:

Customers who purchase doola Total Compliance, OR
Customers who purchase doola Business in a Box – Annual Plan.

1.2 Exclusions:

Initial plan purchase must be made after the launch of this program. Existing customers are not eligible for this offer.
Customers on Starter or Business in a Box – Monthly Plan are not eligible for this Cashback Program.
Existing Mercury account holders are not eligible.

2. Cashback Amount

2.1 Total Compliance Customers:

Eligible customers will receive USD $150 cashback upon successful approval of their Mercury account.

2.2 Business in a Box – Annual Plan Customers:

Eligible customers will receive USD $300 cashback upon successful approval of their Mercury account.

2.3 Cashback Payout Process

Cashback rewards will be disbursed during the first week of the month following your application approval and delivered via Tremendous, a third-party digital rewards platform. You will receive an email with instructions to claim your reward. Note that we are not responsible for issues arising from reward delivery or redemption through Tremendous.

3. Requirements for Cashback

3.1 Successful Account Approval:

Cashback is only available if Mercury approves your account after you complete the application process through the doola’s customer dashboard or instructions.
If your application is denied or remains incomplete, no cashback will be issued.
doola does not have the ability to influence Mercury application decisions. Approval is not guaranteed by doola.

3.2 Timing:

You must apply for a Mercury account within 60 days of receiving your EIN number to be eligible.
Cashback rewards will be processed within the first week of the month following your account approval.

3.3 Payment Method:

Cashback will be issued via Tremendous, and you will be notified via email.
You may be able to choose your preferred payout method through the Tremendous platform, subject to availability in your region.
Cashback will not be sent directly to your Mercury account or any other bank account.

4. Program Limitations

Limit one (1) cashback reward per eligible customer and per business entity.
Offer available to new customers only.
Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other product, service, or credit.
We reserve the right to withhold or claw back cashback rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

6. General

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms.
