In Wyoming, you get a trade name by following these simple steps:
- Complete the Application for the Registration of Trade Name
- File this form ⤴️ with the Secretary of State’s office along with the $100 fee
- Ensure the application is signed and notarized, and ensure your trade name must have been in use before registering
