Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Effective as of February 2, 2026
By participating in the doola referral program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Current Offer Details
As of the effective date listed above, the following terms apply to new referrals:
1.1 Referrer Reward
Referrers earn 30% of the referred founder’s purchase (excluding state/government fees), paid via Tremendous.
- You can choose between a gift card (no fee) or cash payout (may include up to a 6% fee).
- There is no cap on the amount of referrals on which you can earn rewards for eligible plans.
1.2 Eligible Purchases
Referrers will receive rewards when the referred founder purchases any of the following plans:
- Starter
- Tax and Compliance
- Business-in-a-Box
1.3 Payout Schedule
- A one-time reward is paid 30+ days after purchase.
- Payouts are always delayed at least 30 days after purchase.
1.4 Founder Discount
Referred founders get 10% off their first purchase when they use your referral link. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
2. General Program Rules
These rules apply to all offers, past and present:
2.1 Eligibility
- Anyone can join the referral program.
- Certain reward types may be available only to current or former doola customers.
- Referral rewards are only issued for new doola founders (i.e., new customers).
2.2 Payout Delivery
- Rewards are issued through Tremendous. Payout options may vary depending on your country of residence.
- If no payout option is available in your country, no reward will be issued.
2.3 Attribution Window
- A referral is tracked if the referred founder enters their email address within 14 days of clicking your referral link.
- The reward amount is based on the offer that was live when the founder signed up, not when they completed their purchase.
2.4 Exclusions
- No rewards are issued for canceled or refunded purchases.
- Referral links may not be used on coupon or deal sites.
- Referrals must be genuine. Any misuse, including self-referrals or spam, may result in disqualification.
2.5 Attribution for Past Referrals
If you referred a founder in the past and they did not use your referral URL, attribution can only be granted when the referred founder directly contacts doola at referrals@doola.com and provides the email address of the advocate who referred them.

The attribution request must be made by the referred founder, not the advocate. doola cannot accept attribution requests submitted by the advocate, and we cannot disclose any personal information about the referred founder or their subscription status.

Attribution requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by the referred user.

The referred founder must maintain an active, qualifying subscription for the referral reward to be issued.

Approved attributions for past referrals will earn rewards based on the offer that was active at the time the referred founder originally purchased, not the offer currently in place.
3. Past Offers
Rewards for referrals made under older campaigns will still be honored under their original terms. For example:
3.1 Rewardful Campaign (Ended August 11, 2025)
- 100% commission on Starter (excluding state fees)
- 50% commission on Tax and Compliance or Business-in-a-Box
- Payouts via PayPal, issued 30+ days after purchase
- Monthly rewards for active monthly plans, up to 12 months
- 10% discount with referral code

3.2 Rewardful Campaign (Ended August 20, 2025)
- 30% commission on Starter, Tax and Compliance, or Business-in-a-Box plans (excluding state fees)
- Paid via Tremendous., issued 30+ days after purchase
- 10% discount with referral code

4. Program Changes
- The referral campaign is valid for a limited time.
- doola reserves the right to revoke commissions, cancel discounts, or modify the Program at any time.
- We will always honor rewards based on the offer active when the referred founder signed up.
