Personal Lowlight ????

• Tweaked my lower back by doing some heavy barbell rows (3x205lbs). Past me would have plowed through but rule #1 of health and fitness is don’t get injured so easing back into things.

Personal Highlight ????

• Found some time to really get in to flow state this weekend and go heads down on some work that had been on my plate for a while. Early mornings, late nights, and weekends are often the best time for quiet, uninterrupted time.
