Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility Criteria

The Money Back Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The business formation was not completed or completed incorrectly due to an issue caused by doola.
  • The customer has submitted a formal request to doola customer service for the Money Back Guarantee within 14 calendar days of the business formation date or attempted formation initiation date (whichever is earlier).
  • The issue must be explicitly and verifiably attributable to doola’s actions or inactions during the business formation process.

2. What is Covered

  • Issues caused solely by doola during the business formation process
    • Errors in Filing or Documentation
      • Incorrect Entity Name
      • Incorrect Business Address
      • Incorrect Registered Agent Address
      • Incorrect Formation State
      • Incorrect Entity Type
  • Only the business formation fee (excluding State fees) is eligible under this guarantee. Any issues that occur in additional services are not covered (e.g., EIN filing, Registered Agent Service, compliance services, etc.).

3. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this Money Back Guarantee:

  • Delays or rejections from government agencies due to reasons outside of doola’s accurate submission, customer-provided information errors, or non-responsiveness from the customer.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days from the business formation date.
  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to the formation process (e.g., customer changes their mind or expects features not advertised/provided by doola).
  • Non-formation services or purchases.
  • Client disputes or files a chargeback for the payment made to doola

4. Guarantee Payout Method

  • If approved, refunds will be issued via account credit towards future services or a non-transferable gift card to the email associated with the doola account and purchase.
  • The credit or gift card amount will correspond to the formation service fee paid, will not exceed $297.
  • Refunds will not result in cancellation of any ongoing subscription plans unless separately requested.

5. Subscription Terms

  • Customers with active subscriptions who receive a Money Back Guarantee payout will not have their subscription canceled immediately.
  • Subscriptions will remain active and usable until the end of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual), and will auto-renew unless the customer submits a cancellation request or fails to make a renewal payment.
  • Customers must submit a separate cancellation request if they wish to discontinue the subscription at the next renewal. If this is submitted, doola can cancel the future renewal.

6. How to Request the Guarantee

To submit a Money Back Guarantee claim, contact our support team at [hello@doola.com] or through the Chat option on our customer dashboard, and provide:

  • A description of the issue encountered
  • The reason you believe the error was doola’s responsibility

All requests are reviewed manually by our support team and are subject to investigation and verification.


7. Modification and Termination

doola reserves the right to modify or terminate this Money Back Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect previously submitted claims made in accordance with the terms then in effect.


8. Limitation of Liability

This Guarantee does not constitute a legal obligation or warranty beyond the terms stated herein. doola’s total liability under this Guarantee is limited to the refund amount via gift card as described above.
