There are three ways to partner with doola depending on your volume and how deeply you want to integrate:

1. Referral / Affiliate Program: Refer your audience or clients directly to doola and earn a commission on every first subscription sold.

2. iFrame: Embed doola’s company formation flow directly into your website or app using our iFrame solution. Your users stay on your platform while doola handles the rest. No monthly minimum required.

3. API / White Label Program: The most flexible and fully branded option. Access wholesale rates and offer doola’s formation and compliance services under your own brand, with your own pricing. Built for platforms and high-volume partners.

Yes. doola uses data encryption, layered firewalls, strict password protocols, and secure server environments to protect your customers’ data from unauthorized access or misuse. Our team is regularly trained on security and privacy best practices.

In the white label model, doola operates entirely in the background. Your customers interact only with your brand and your platform. doola will not communicate with them directly.

Yes. API and white label partners sign a dedicated agreement before receiving access to production keys. The agreement covers commercial terms, data handling, and brand usage.

Yes, as a White Label partner, you set your own pricing. There are no restrictions on what you charge your clients.

doola does not provide KYC services directly. For most platform use cases, KYC is not required during the formation process. That said, if your platform operates in a space that requires identity verification, such as financial institutions or payment providers, you are welcome to integrate a third-party KYC provider alongside the doola API. Our team is happy to point you in the right direction.

Yes. API partners have access to a dedicated partner portal where you can track every customer’s formation status in real time. Updates are delivered automatically via webhooks, so your team always has accurate, up-to-date information without needing to chase it down manually.
